Delete Your PetBook Account

You can delete your PetBook account directly from the app, no email or support request needed:

1. Open the PetBook app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
5. Open the confirmation email we send you and tap Delete my account (the link expires after 24 hours).

Once confirmed, deletion is immediate and irreversible. Your account, the pets you created, their health records, activity logs, reminders, and all uploaded files are permanently removed. Pets shared with you by other users are not deleted — you are simply removed from them.

If you can no longer access the app or need help, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete your account for you.
